Description:
Lindon Public Safety building was a project for Lindon City. This 2-story building serves as Lindon’s Fire Station, Police Station, and administration. It has 13,000 sqft on the main floor and 7,150 on the second level. The building consisted of footings, foundation, slab-on-grade, wood framing, structural steel, membrane roofing, carpet, laminate & tile floors, open bay with overhead doors, offices, reception are, holding cell, showers, locker rooms, kitchen, and landscaping

Description:
Spring Haven Business park was built in Springville just off the I-15 exit. It was a concrete tilt-up building that is used for leasing office/warehouse units to small businesses. Each unit is similar with polished concrete floors in the warehouse, bathroom, and office space. The building has a 2-tone gray shell, steel trusses, and a membrane roof. Once the building shell was completed, we built out each unit to fit the new tenants business.
